Why did you create MentorinQ?

I created MentorinQ because I noticed a lack of training providers in the market offering courses tailored to clients' realities and their specific structural, legislative, and other needs.

So I really wanted to get as close as possible to people's actual work so that the training would have the greatest possible impact.

Can you introduce yourself?

I'm Nelly Slegers, and I'm a pharmacist by training.

I have thirty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, working in production and distribution facilities, and since 2018, I've been a consultant for various clients.

What is MentorinQ?

MentorinQ is a hands-on approach to pharmaceutical quality. The goal is to learn and understand the "why" behind things, behind the regulations, so that you can apply them more easily in daily operations.

MentorinQ offers GMP and GDP training focused on the client's quality system—their procedures, processes, and real-world experience—to deliver a powerful message to the trainees.
